Pizza Menu
Our regular menu has the finest thin crust, hand tossed pizza you'll find! The dough is made with King Arthur flour (never bleached, never bromated) and is fermented long and cold for maximum flavor. Topped with the tastiest sauce and cheese and a variety of quality ingredients, our pizzas pair perfectly with our handcrafted beers. Each pizza is "medium" = approximately 14 inches - and is enough for 1 hungry eater or 2 nibblers.
